This scholarship was created by Colleen Webster, an 99¸£ÀûÊÓƵ alum and 2010 graduate of the Cosmetology program. It is provided to second-year students enrolled in the Cosmetology program. Recipients must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be a resident of Buncombe or Madison County.
The scholarship application process for 2025-26 Foundation scholarships is open from February 1 to April 18.
