Instructors teaching a course at 99¸£ÀûÊÓƵ who would like their students to take a proctored test may find that not all students are able to have the test proctored at 99¸£ÀûÊÓƵ's Testing Center. In the event that you have a student testing at another testing facility or school, see the forms below.
BEFORE the student takes the test, they should identify a proctor/testing facility and have the proctor complete the Proctor Agreement form. Instructors, note that this form also lists the criteria for acceptable proctors of 99¸£ÀûÊÓƵ exams. Please familiarize yourself with these requirements.
AFTER the student takes the test at the designated proctoring location, the proctor should complete the Verification Form (select above) and return it with the student's test.
